Some of our good Breton friends are offering self-catering
holiday lets in this tastefully refurbished, late-19th Century
farm building in Scrignac, Brittany.
The cottage sleeps 8 people (plus 1 baby) and comprises
a modern kitchen, large open-plan lounge-diner, utility and
shower room, bath room, 2 separate WCs, and three bedrooms
(one double-bedded and two twin-bedded attic rooms).
The large lawn boasts a barbecue, two wooden garden houses,
a children's see-saw plus other play items. Dogs allowed;
bedding and linen and two sets of keys are also provided.
Rates start from 400 Euros for a one-week stay or 600 Euros

Some other good Breton friends offer chambres d'hote and
gîte holidays just 20 minutes' drive away from the
magnificent Pink Granite coast and 15 minutes from picturesque
Morlaix.
These are Breton-owned but English is spoken fluently and
there is good local fare nearby.
The 5 gites and large family farmhouse are recommended by "Gites
de France" and are available to rent for a week or more,
on a bed and breakfast basis. They are located in Plouegat-Moysan
and Le Ponthou.
Additionally the family owns and runs a "Ferme-Auberge" which
is only a short distance away and open every day in the summer,
serving delicious home-cooked dishes made from fresh farm
fare.
